RJD president Lalu Prasad Yadav surrendered to a CBI court in Ranchi, Jharkhand today after his provisional bail extension was denied by the Jharkhand High court. Yadav was out on bail for treatment of various ailments and spent a considerable amount of time in hospital. He was convicted last year in December.
