HC wants special toll plaza lanes for VIPs, judges

The Madras high court sent a blunt message to the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) on Wednesday: create exclusive lanes for VIPs, including sitting judges, at all toll plazas on national highways or face contempt of court proceedings.
