Manohar Lal Khattar is all set to be sworn in as Haryana chief minister on Diwali for the second time in a row. Dushyant Chautala, who was also elected Jannayak Janata Party’s (JJP’s) leader in the assembly the same day, will take oath as his deputy, Khattar told reporters.
