Classrooms in some govt schools in Rudraprayag district- which fall on the route that choppers take to go to the Kedarnath shrine during the Char Dham Yatra- are being made soundproof. After a prod from the district administration, the heli-companies have decided to make 18 classrooms in 9 schools soundproof, to keep out the noise from choppers.
