A UP police constable on duty allegedly shot dead a manager of a mobile company suspecting him to be a thief, in Maqdumpur police outpost in Lucknow's Gomtinagar extension in the wee hours of Saturday. The victim reportedly did not stop his vehicle on being intercepted by the police.
