Assembly speaker Biman Banerjee said the bills which were scheduled to be placed won’t be tabled as they are yet to receive the nod of the governor. But Raj Bhavan said the government submitted bills for the governor’s consent only last Friday, leaving one working day (Monday) for him to give his nod to six bills.
