The EC will take up poll code breach complaints against Prime Minister Narendra Modi at its full commission meeting on Tuesday. Sources said the complaints against Modi relate to his speech in Wardha on April 1 against which Congress had approached the EC as well as his appeal to first-time voters in Latur to cast their vote in favour of the Pulwama martyrs.
