Congress MP Susmita Dev filed a petition in the SC accusing the Election Commission of shying away from taking action against PM Narendra Modi and BJP president Amit Shah for model code of conduct violation in their election speeches. The petition comes a day after the Congress questioned the EC's "silence" on over MCC "violations" by the duo.
