In Maharashtra, 9-month-long hunt for killer tigress may be about to end

The five-year-old tigress, known as T1, was first recorded in the forests of Pandharkawda division in 2015, and a male T2, was seen a year later. On January 29 this year, the Nagpur bench of the Bombay high court stayed an order to shoot T1.
