The victims have been identified as Chaman, Sunny and Kishan who hailed from Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh and were close relatives. They had gone to the railway track behind the Huda Park in Sector 6 of Panipat along with another relative Dinesh from Delhi. The four young men, who worked as daily wage labourers, had come to attend a wedding of a relative.
