The SC rapped the Meghalaya govt over its inability to rescue 15 people who are trapped in a mine for over 3 weeks. "We pray that all people trapped in mines are alive. They should have been rescued by now. We are not satisfied with the action taken by the state govt," the court said. "It is a question of life and death for the trapped miners," the top court added.
