After being decimated in 2013 when the party could win only 21 seats in the 200 member Assembly, Congress is on a comeback trail in Rajasthan. In a state where no party has managed to beat incumbency since 1993, history too seems to be favouring them. But the biggest problem before Congress President is who will be their chief ministerial candidate. Rajasthan Congress President Sachin Pilot and former chief minister Ashok Gehlot are reported to be the front runners for the top job. So far both leaders have chosen to stay mum. The big question is who will Rahul choose to lead the state if they come to power?
