A Delhi court on Monday issued summons to RJD leader Lalu Prasad Yadav, son Tejashwi Yadav, wife Rabri Devi and others as accused in the alleged irregularities in granting operational contracts of two Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) hotels to a private firm, ANI has reported.
